Terms and Conditions

These Terms and Conditions govern the sale of products by Arverni Mint (D&G Nasuto GmbH) via its website and online sales channels.

1. Seller Information

Arverni Mint (D&G Nasuto GmbH)
Schönstraße 35
81543 München
Germany
Email: orders@arvernimint.com

2. Scope

These Terms apply to all orders placed by consumers and businesses through Arverni Mint sales channels, including the website and online marketplaces.

3. Products

Arverni Mint sells numismatic items, bullion products, and related accessories. Product descriptions, specifications, and images are provided with due care but may vary slightly due to manufacturing tolerances, minting variations, or photographic representation.

4. Contract Formation

Product listings constitute an invitation to purchase. A binding contract is formed when Arverni Mint accepts the order by confirmation email or shipment of goods.

Arverni Mint reserves the right to refuse or cancel orders in cases including pricing errors, suspected fraud, or availability issues.

5. Prices and Payment

All prices are final prices unless otherwise stated.

VAT treatment follows German and EU law:

  • Investment gold may be VAT-exempt (§ 25c UStG)
  • Silver and certain coins may be sold under the margin scheme (§ 25a UStG)
  • Accessories are subject to VAT at the applicable rate

Payments are processed via secure regulated providers such as Shopify Payments and PayPal.

6. Bullion Price Fluctuation Clause

For precious-metal products, prices are linked to international metal markets and may change continuously until order acceptance.

If a pricing or market-related error occurs, Arverni Mint reserves the right to cancel the order and refund any payment.

7. Right of Withdrawal

Consumers generally have a statutory right of withdrawal.

However, under § 312g(2) No. 8 German Civil Code (BGB), the right of withdrawal does not apply to contracts for the supply of precious metals whose price depends on financial market fluctuations beyond the trader’s control.

This applies in particular to bullion coins and bars of gold, silver, platinum, or palladium.

For non-bullion goods, the statutory withdrawal right applies in accordance with the Withdrawal Policy.

8. Delivery

Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed unless explicitly agreed. Risk transfers to the customer upon delivery in accordance with applicable law.

9. Retention of Title

Goods remain the property of Arverni Mint until full payment has been received.

10. Warranty

Statutory warranty rights apply.

For bullion and numismatic products, normal market-related value fluctuations do not constitute defects.

11. Liability

Arverni Mint is liable without limitation for intent, gross negligence, injury to life, body, or health, and mandatory statutory provisions.

For slight negligence, liability is limited to foreseeable contractual damage.

12. Fraud Prevention

Arverni Mint may perform transaction security checks, identity verification, and fraud screening, particularly for high-value orders.

Orders may be refused or cancelled where fraud risk is identified.

13. Data Protection

Personal data is processed in accordance with the Privacy Policy.

14. Applicable Law

German law applies, excluding the UN Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods (CISG).

For consumers, mandatory consumer protection rules of their country of residence remain unaffected.

15. Dispute Resolution

The European Commission provides a platform for online dispute resolution: https://ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr

Arverni Mint is not obliged and does not participate in consumer arbitration proceedings.
