Shipping Policy

This Shipping Policy describes how Arverni Mint (D&G Nasuto GmbH) processes and delivers orders.

1. Shipping Regions

Arverni Mint ships to customers within the European Union and selected international destinations, subject to applicable legal and shipping restrictions.

If shipping to a specific country is not available at checkout, please contact us before placing an order.

2. Processing Time

Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation and successful transaction verification.

For high-value or precious-metal orders, additional security or verification checks may extend processing time.

3. Shipping Methods

Orders are shipped using insured and trackable delivery services appropriate to the value and destination of the shipment. Carriers may include national postal operators or specialised logistics providers.

The available shipping methods and costs are displayed at checkout.

4. Delivery Time

Estimated delivery times depend on destination and carrier:

  • Germany: typically 1–3 business days
  • EU countries: typically 2–7 business days
  • International destinations: typically 5–14 business days

Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed.

5. Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on destination, weight, value, and selected shipping method.

Any applicable import duties, taxes, or customs charges outside the EU are the responsibility of the customer.

6. Transfer of Risk

For consumer orders within the EU, the risk of loss or damage passes to the customer upon delivery of the goods.

For business customers, risk passes upon dispatch in accordance with applicable commercial law.

7. Delivery Requirements

Due to the value of numismatic and precious-metal products, shipments may require:

  • Signature on delivery
  • Identity verification
  • Delivery to the billing address
  • Secure pickup point collection

These measures are intended to protect customers and prevent fraud.

8. Failed Delivery and Return Shipments

If delivery fails due to incorrect address, non-collection, or refusal, the shipment may be returned to Arverni Mint.

Reshipping may require payment of additional shipping and handling costs.

9. Lost or Damaged Shipments

All shipments are insured during transit. If a shipment is lost or damaged in transit, customers must notify Arverni Mint promptly after delivery or expected delivery date.

Claims are processed in cooperation with the carrier and may require documentation or investigation.

10. Shipping Restrictions

Arverni Mint reserves the right to refuse shipment to certain locations, addresses, or recipients where legal, regulatory, or security risks exist.
