Returns & Refunds Policy

This Returns & Refunds Policy outlines the conditions under which Arverni Mint (D&G Nasuto GmbH) accepts returns and processes refunds.

1. Right of Withdrawal (EU Consumers)

Consumers within the European Union have the right to withdraw from a purchase within 14 days of receiving the goods, without providing a reason.

To exercise this right, customers must notify us in writing within the withdrawal period.

2. Exemptions from the Right of Withdrawal

The right of withdrawal does not apply to:

  • Products whose price is subject to fluctuations in the financial market (e.g., gold and silver bullion)
  • Customised or personalised items
  • Sealed products that have been opened and are not suitable for return for security or authenticity reasons

3. Return Conditions

To be eligible for a return, items must:

  • Be in their original, unused condition
  • Include original packaging and certificates (if applicable)
  • Be securely packaged for return shipment

We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet these conditions.

4. Return Procedure

Before returning any item, customers must contact us to receive return instructions.

Unauthorised returns may not be accepted.

5. Return Shipping

Unless otherwise required by law, customers are responsible for return shipping costs.

We strongly recommend using insured and trackable shipping services, as customers are responsible for the safe return of goods.

6. Refund Processing

Once the returned item is received and inspected, refunds will be processed using the original payment method.

Refunds may be withheld until the goods have been received or proof of return has been provided.

7. Deductions & Fees

We reserve the right to deduct any loss in value resulting from handling beyond what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics, and functioning of the goods.

8. Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us immediately upon delivery.

We will review the case and arrange a replacement, repair, or refund where appropriate.

9. Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges. If you wish to replace an item, please return the original product and place a new order.
